Simply browse through our collection, select your desired items, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at webshop(at)nomade-studio.be for assistance. Once the order is in production, we can no longer make changes.

3. How can I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by visiting our Track My Order page. Unfortunately, we do not send tracking information automatically, but we’re happy to provide it upon request. Simply reach out to us at webshop(at)nomade-studio.be, and we’ll send you the tracking details.

4. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for the mistake! Please contact us at webshop(at)nomade-studio.be with your order number, and we'll make it right as soon as possible.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other popular secure payment methods like Bancontact (Belgium) and iDeal (Netherlands).

1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since we make every item to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive tracking information when your order is on its way.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Germany (MondialRelay) - max. 7 days

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update your shipping address. Contact us immediately at webshop(at)nomade-studio.be to make the change.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping, but we are working on providing faster options. Stay tuned for updates!

Delivery

1. What should I do if my package is delayed?

Occasionally, there may be shipping delays due to weather or other factors. If your order is delayed, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

2. What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're not home when your delivery arrives, the courier may leave a note with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or where you can pick up your parcel. If you need further assistance, contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

As our garments are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please make sure to carefully review your order and sizes before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

2. What if I chose the wrong product or size?

As a custom-made collection, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or choices. We’ve provided detailed sizing guides and have communicated this throughout the ordering process to help you make the best choice. Unfortunately, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

In addition, our website and emails are optimized to minimize their environmental footprint. This approach allows us to offer quality garments without contributing to waste.

3. Are your clothes ethically made?

Absolutely! We work with factories in Bangladesh, China, and Portugal that meet high ethical standards. We ensure fair working conditions, and every item is carefully monitored for quality.

You can extend the life of your garment by following the care instructions to keep it looking great for years. If you’re ready to part with it, consider selling it second-hand to give it a new life. Our collection is made to order, meaning each garment is created specifically for you when you place your order. We don’t mass-produce any items, so everything you receive is unique to your purchase. This approach reduces waste, helps us avoid overproduction, and ensures that every piece is made with the utmost attention to detail.

2. How long does it take to receive a custom made item?

Drawing from his extensive experience, Christophe founded this collection to bring a new approach to fashion—one that merges premium design with environmental consciousness. Every piece is made with intention, care, and a dedication to timeless style.

Nomade is proudly based in Liège, Belgium, a city known for its rich history and creativity. Our design studio is where we bring our collections to life, and all of our local printing and embroidery is done here in Liège to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. We’ve chosen to present our website in English to reach a broader, international audience who shares our passion for sustainable fashion.
